Shipping/ Processing time
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
Estimated shipping/ transit times
United States: 3-5 business days
We do our best to ship on time, but cannot guarantee transit time estimates. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose, and whether or not USPS is experiencing any delays. We will always contact you if there will be a delay with your order.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs. We do not currently ship internationally.
We accept the following forms of payment:
Paypal, Visa, Amex, Mastercard, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, and Maestro
Payments are processed securely through WIX Payments.
Returns & exchanges
For returns exchanges, the customer must:
Contacts us within: 10 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 15 days of delivery
-Request a cancellation of a non-customized item before the item has shipped.
-Request a cancellation of a customized item before the item has been made.
Items with custom text have the same 3-5 day processing as other journals. Generally we will have engraved the item within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. If you need to cancel an order like this, contact us as soon as possible. If we have engraved the item but not assembled it, we can offer a partial refund.
Items with custom artwork have longer processing, up to 20 business days depending on complexity. Please still contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel this type of custom order. There are different stages to the creation of the artwork, and depending on the stage of completion, the refundable amount will change. For example, if the artwork for a journal is complete and approved, but you cancel the order, we will only be able to refund the cost of the journal itself.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Unless they arrive damaged or defective or made incorrectly, we can't accept returns/ exchanges for items engraved with custom text, custom artwork, or customer- supplied artwork.
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless we got something wrong with the item ordered or if the return is due to damage sustained while in transit with USPS. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
If an item arrives damaged, we require photos showing the package the item arrived in as well as the damage to the item itself before we can process a return, refund or exchange.
Return/ Exchange Processing:
Please allow 3-5 business days for us to re-make an order if you are exchanging an item.
For a return with a refund:
Before we can initiate a refund we need to
-Receive the returned item in its original condition
-Review the order as it was placed to determine any fault on our part in making the order
-Review any photo evidence (provided by the customer) of damage in transit or mistakes/ defects in the order
Once we have determined that an order is eligible for a refund, we will initiate it in Wix Payments. Refunds can take 3-5 business days to show up in the customer’s payment method/ account.
If the item is a custom order (has engraved text or artwork made by the customer) or has been used or damaged by the customer we cannot refund the order, as we cannot resell the item.
If the return or exchange is due to a defect in the item or a mistake on our part (e.g. wrong color used, wrong page type, wrong design, etc.), we will refund the return shipping as long as the item has been returned in its original condition.
